We like you to feel home in our house. That is why we offer a full range of helpful services, which are supposed to make your everyday life more comfortable.
With us you can feel at home in our spacious living areas while not missing out on the conveniences of a high-class hotel.
Included services:
24/7 check-in:
No matter if early in the morning or late at night you can always check in or check out 24/7.
Therefore we installed a key box at the entry of the house to ensure a quick and easy access your apartment. During our operating hours we like to welcome you personally and will get you acquainted with the local settings and show you around the house.
Internet:
All apartments are equipped with high-speed data transmission accessible via wireless network. You can easily connect several devices with the internet per unit. Whether you use the internet for private surfing or research for work – we like you to have the possibility to be up-to-date.
Cleaning:
A weekly cleaning is standard in our house and already included in your rental. There is also a general cleaning after every departure to ensure a clean and fresh atmosphere for all our guests.
Laundry service:
Once a week the towels and linens in your apartment will be changed. The apartments are equipped with a washing machine with integrated dryer for your personal laundry.
If you like your laundry dry-cleaned we can recommend a local dry cleaner.
Kitchen:
You don’t want to do without homemade food while you are on travel? We have the solution with our fully equipped kitchen in every apartment. You won’t miss a thing: from chopping board to coffee maker we thought of everything. If you still want to bring your own kitchen utensils there is plenty of space for it to store.
Lift:
All our apartments are reachable by lift connecting all levels. So heavy luggage or shopping bags can easily be transported into the apartment.
Postal services:
In our house each apartment has got its own letterbox. You are welcome to let your personal mail be sent to our house. Every letterbox at the entry gate is numbered with your apartment number.
Security:
We feel very strongly about security. Therefore we use video surveillance cameras in the entry area, around the letterboxes as well as in the courtyard where our parking lot is located. Furthermore, each apartment is equipped with an intercom system to talk to visitors before they enter the house.
Suffering from allergies?
Our apartments are tiled with high quality tiles in natural wood look and are therefore very convenient for people with allergies as dust is only a small problem. Only the living room is covered/laid out with an easy to clean jute carpet. Apart from that we knowingly decided against carpeted floors.
Please notice that smoking and keeping animals is not allowed in our apartments.
For families:
Families with children are very welcome in our house. Gladly do we provide a travel cot and a high chair for your little ones on request. For your older offspring there is a comfortable sofa bed (1,40m x 2,00m) in the living area.
Within walking distance there is a nice playground to spent quality time with your children in the lively neighbourhood Nauwieser Viertel.

Shopping service:
No time or no desire to go shopping? Let us know in advance to your arrival and sent us your shopping list in time . We will do the rest and you will find a fully stuffed fridge with all your wishes in your apartment upon check in.
Parking:
We have got about three parking slots in our courtyard. If you are interested in using one of them for your car during your stay, just let us know and tell us in your booking.
